The role develops government stakeholder engagement and capture strategies, manages relationships with DoW decision-makers, identifies new business opportunities, leads responses to government solicitations, conducts competition analysis, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of relevant business development or account management experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and full-time onsite work in Washington, DC, with up to 50% travel.
