Description
Amazon is hiring a Senior Program Manager to own and lead multi-year capability programs across Amazon Australia's First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile operations. The role covers program strategy, business case development, new capability design, productivity and cost improvements, data analysis, AI and automation, stakeholder management, and change management. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership; two or more years of process improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
