Description
Amazon is hiring a Sr Program Manager for its Hyderabad Localization team to drive operational excellence across multiple worldwide ASIN localization programs. The role manages complex, cross-functional escalations, launches new processes, identifies and resolves defects, develops metrics and team goals, coordinates with engineering, product, business, and seller teams, and establishes SLAs and escalation protocols. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, and end-to-end program delivery experience; process improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
