Description
Acrisure is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional, or enterprise-level programs composed of multiple related projects. The role owns program plans, roadmaps, scope, governance, budgets, timelines, resourcing, risks, and stakeholder expectations, while advising executives and mentoring Program Managers and Project Managers. Candidates need 8–10 years of experience leading large-scale or enterprise programs, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education, and a PMP or PgMP certification; Agile or Lean certifications are preferred. The position requires an on-site presence and offers a base compensation range of $130,000 to $170,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
