Amazon Recruiting Technology Integration is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to own and deliver product features and process improvements for Talent Acquisition. The role partners with business customers, product managers, UX designers, technical teams, compliance, legal, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into requirements, define workflows, manage launches, monitor performance metrics, execute change management, and support adoption. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, end-to-end delivery experience, and data-driven improvement experience; a master's degree or MBA is preferred. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
