Description
Amazon's Middle Mile is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to drive utilization of its transportation network and manage complex, cross-functional programs across multiple organizations. The role owns program strategy, objectives, data-driven improvements, resource coordination, risk mitigation, KPI reporting, and communication with customers, engineering teams, business leaders, and executives. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics, and experience owning end-to-end program delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. The position is available in Tempe, Arizona; Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually.
