The role owns project execution, operational readiness, standardized processes, stakeholder communication, change management, and coordination across Operations, Construction, Real Estate, Design, Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, IT, and Food Safety. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, with data-driven improvement, strategy, and senior-leadership communication experience. The position requires up to 25% regional travel and offers base salaries of $115,600 to $160,000 annually in Chicago, Austin, and Seattle, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
