Amazon's Middle Mile is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to own and manage trailer uptime across its Middle Mile fleet, improve trailer availability and reliability, and drive cost optimization, vendor pricing agreements, and spend efficiency. The role requires 5+ years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement work, end-to-end program strategy, stakeholder and customer management, and the ability to work autonomously in a start-up-like environment. The position is available in Tempe, Arizona; Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually.
