Amazon Prime Air is hiring an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead complex site launches from pre-construction through operational readiness. The role owns end-to-end launch plans, manages risks and dependencies across construction, staffing, and readiness workstreams, aligns timelines with internal and external stakeholders, reports program status and change control, and supports up to 50% travel to launch sites and internal meetings. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership. The position offers base salaries ranging from $115,600 to $185,000 annually depending on location, along with sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
