Amazon is hiring a Sr. Program Manager for its Sub-Same Day Distribution Center (SSD-DC) Operations Initiatives team in Bellevue, Washington. The role owns strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for faster-than-same-day delivery, including capacity planning, material flow, layout design, launch and retrofit execution, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and project delivery. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of operational or retail management experience, five or more years of program or project management experience, intermediate Excel skills, and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. The role includes approximately 30% travel and offers a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually, plus sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
