Amazon Shipping is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to own emerging programs from incubation through delivery, coordinating Operations, Technology, Commercial, and Product teams. The role builds execution frameworks, provides program-health visibility for go/no-go funding decisions, establishes governance, coordinates operational readiness with carrier partners and field operations, surfaces learnings, and supports quarterly planning. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics, and experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. The position is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually depending on location.
