Amazon Logistics is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead vendor governance, operational performance management, and strategic maintenance initiatives across its fleet maintenance ecosystem. The role partners with internal teams, Fleet Management Companies, Fleet Service Suppliers, and external vendors to improve vehicle availability, repair turnaround, repair quality, escalation response, and Delivery Service Partner experience. Responsibilities include defining operational metrics, conducting root-cause analysis, managing escalations, developing governance and operational processes, supporting maintenance transformation programs, and improving operational tooling and automation. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership, and a bachelor's degree. The role is based in Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
