Amazon's Worldwide Retail Grocery Development team is hiring a Sr. Program Manager for its Capital Planning team to own the end-to-end capital approval process for its multi-banner grocery portfolio. The role manages annual operating-plan budgeting, quarterly guidance cycles, capital appropriation requests, cost stewardship, portfolio reporting, and process improvements using data, AI, and automation. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience with data and metrics, and experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership. The position is available in Chicago, Austin, and Seattle, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
