Rapid and Rural Logistics is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for its faster-than-Same-Day delivery program. The role focuses on improving under-the-roof fulfillment processes, inventory flows, constrained fulfillment assets, quality, analytics, and long-term roadmaps, while scoping ambiguous projects, managing timelines, influencing senior stakeholders, and communicating risks and changes. The position is based in Bellevue or Nashville and requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, and experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
