Clearwater is hiring a Senior Programme Manager to lead large, simultaneous client implementations across the DACH region from its Frankfurt Opernturm office. The role owns project scope, plans, resources, budgets, metrics, steering committees, client relationships, and handovers between Sales, Global Delivery, and Client Services. Candidates need programme management experience with large multi-million-dollar implementations, financial services or asset-management/insurance software implementation experience, strong project-management tool skills, German and English fluency, and willingness to travel to client sites.
