Coupang is hiring a Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives and high-performing teams within its e-commerce ecosystem. The role combines end-to-end strategy and roadmap development, operational and product optimization, data analytics, root-cause analysis, KPI and SLA ownership, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, risk and lifecycle management, and change management. The manager will also direct headcount planning, performance management, and career development for direct and indirect reports while working hands-on with complex business problems.
