Description
Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional small-molecule drug development programs from preclinical through late-stage clinical studies and NDA submission. The role oversees CMC, nonclinical, clinical, and regulatory activities; manages timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder alignment; and reports progress to executive leadership. Candidates need an advanced life-sciences degree, at least 8 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience including 5 years in program management, and experience managing small-molecule programs through IND-enabling studies and clinical phases.
