Description
Intuitive is hiring a Manufacturing Site Activation and Decommissioning Manager to co-lead cross-functional improvement initiatives for the Malaysia startup team. The role oversees MSRB and global operations space planning, aligns strategy across regulatory, scheduling, engineering, and operations teams, manages site activation and decommission projects, maintains portfolio network plans, conducts project assurance and after-action reviews, and supports continuous improvement of processes and tools. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field, strong project management and manufacturing or engineering knowledge, and Microsoft Office proficiency; PMP certification and experience in medical device manufacturing are preferred.
