Textron Systems is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a team of Project and Program Managers in the development of a major strategic weapon system. The role manages financial, technical, and schedule requirements; applies Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Scheduling; identifies and mitigates risks; coordinates internal and external stakeholders; and develops direct reports. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences, 10 years of defense industry experience, 5 years of defense program management experience, 2 years managing people, and a US citizen status with or capability to receive a Secret-level security clearance.
