Textron Systems is hiring a Senior Program Manager to support strategic weapon-system and subsystem technical design solutions for advanced programs. The role manages financial, technical, and schedule requirements; leads cross-functional design, integration, and testing activities; controls program budgets and earned-value estimates; supports AS9100 quality processes; organizes program execution gates; and serves as the primary customer interface. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of defense-industry experience, 5 years of defense program-management experience, Secret clearance, and approximately 25% travel.
