Textron Systems is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead a team of Project and Program Managers developing a major strategic weapon system. The role manages financial, technical, and schedule requirements; applies Earned Value and Integrated Master Schedule techniques; assesses risks and opportunities; coordinates with internal and external stakeholders; and develops direct reports. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied sciences, 10 years of defense industry experience, 5 years of defense program management experience, 2 years managing people, and US citizenship with or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
