Description

Titan Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the Huachuca Training and Support Contract, a multi-year IDIQ supporting Army intelligence training, training development, and training support. The role manages a $785M program with 150+ cleared personnel across Fort Huachuca and three additional military sites, overseeing training delivery, development, support operations, task orders, cost control, workforce management, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a DoD Top Secret clearance, PMP certification, a bachelor's degree or higher, and extensive federal contract, Army or DoD training, and cleared-workforce management experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of program management experience managing federal government contracts, preferably Department of Defense, involving multiple concurrent task orders and multiple performing organizations.
At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience leading Army or DoD institutional training, training development, or training support operations.
Prior experience within the Military Intelligence field and/or the institutionalized training domain.
Experience managing a cleared workforce of 100 or more personnel across multiple geographically separated performance locations.
Experience working in a blended environment with civilian, military, and contractor personnel.
Experience managing hybrid firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract structures, including cost control and reporting on cost-reimbursable task orders.
Experience managing appropriated or Government-controlled funds subject to strict accountability requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Managed programs of over $500M
Managed programs with a workforce of over 100 cleared personnel
