Translation is hiring a Senior Program Manager based in Brooklyn, New York, with four days in the office and one day remote. The role owns program scopes, timelines, budgets, delivery systems, stakeholder coordination, client reporting, talent allocation, quality delivery, and integrated campaign execution across broadcast, digital, experiential, and social channels. Candidates need at least three years of experience in a creative agency or similar communications environment, familiarity with integrated campaign lifecycles, experience supporting or leading cross-functional agency calls and client-facing work, Google Suite proficiency, and experience with resource management, workforce planning, or project planning tools. The salary range is $95,000 to $115,000 for the New York and California locations.
