Weiss-Aug is hiring a Sr. Program Manager in East Hanover, New Jersey, to represent customers and lead cross-functional technical teams through the development, launch, and manufacturing transfer of complex programs involving progressive stamping, insert molding, factory automation, and related tooling and processes. The role oversees project schedules, quality planning, supplier coordination, change control, equipment needs, customer technical issues, audits, and program progress, while supporting sales and new product development. The position requires at least seven years of manufacturing or product design experience, an engineering, technical, or management degree or substitute experience, and knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and project-management tools.
