AECOM is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead major U.S. airport development and capital improvement programs in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role oversees the full planning, design, procurement, and construction lifecycle; provides executive leadership and governance; manages budgets, schedules, risks, change control, and reporting; coordinates with airport authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders; and leads multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a BA/BS and at least 12 years of related aviation infrastructure program or project management experience, including 4 years of leadership, plus airport-specific background checks and clearances. Sponsorship is not offered, but relocation support may be available.
