Hill International is hiring a Senior Program Manager (Seller-Doer) - Aviation in Los Angeles, California. The role combines client development, capture management, MATOC task-order pursuits, and delivery of complex airport infrastructure programs, including terminals, airfields, runways, taxiways, aprons, roadways, utilities, parking, and support facilities. The manager will oversee multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout; manage budgets, schedules, contracts, claims, and stakeholder relationships; and support strategic growth and sales objectives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of aviation program and construction management experience, extensive airport and airline operations knowledge, and the ability to travel as required. The salary range is $220,000-$260,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
