Amazon Japan is hiring a Logistics Facility Optimization Manager to optimize the company’s existing logistics network by visualizing fulfillment-center utilization, proposing cost-efficient network operations, evaluating site renovations and repurposing, and maintaining equipment capacity management. The role requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, Real Estate, and other stakeholders, along with data analysis, project management, and bilingual Japanese-English communication skills. A bachelor’s degree, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, business English experience, and experience leading multi-stakeholder projects are required; Lean Manufacturing, logistics, data-influenced decision-making, capacity planning, and related experience are preferred.
