Amazon Last Mile is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Capital Planning to own the end-to-end capital approval process for its development portfolio. The role leads OP budget planning and guidance cycles, builds development-cost budgets, produces benchmark analyses, manages Capital Appropriation Requests, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, monitors portfolio costs, and improves CAR processes through standardization and AI-powered automation. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics, experience owning program strategy and communicating with senior leadership, and a bachelor's degree. It is based in Nashville, Tennessee, or Bellevue, Washington, with annual base salaries of $104,100–$155,400 or $115,600–$160,000 respectively.
