Description
The Damage Standards Program Manager owns the objective criteria used to assess returned items and determine their eligibility for resale. The role develops and refines grading standards, translates customer and field research into evaluation criteria, improves grading accuracy through calibration audits, partners with product, operations, engineering, and research teams, tracks concession and customer-experience metrics, and leads program planning and cross-functional delivery. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, data-driven improvement experience, and experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership. It is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
