Description
The Senior Program Manager owns the end-to-end execution of fiber optic network deployment programs, including FTTH overbuilds and broadband initiatives. The role tracks planning, engineering, permitting, and construction activities; holds engineering, permitting, construction, and other stakeholders accountable to timelines, quality, and ISP objectives; maintains project management tools and audit-ready records; prepares KPI reports and executive updates; coordinates internal and external partners; and supports scheduling, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices. The position requires 5–10+ years of program or project management experience, familiarity with fiber optic deployment processes, and the ability to work with Quickbase or similar project management software.
