Lockheed Martin Skunk Works is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Intelligent Autonomy Systems to lead strategy, roadmap development, technology maturation, and execution for an airborne autonomy portfolio. The role aligns AI-enabled mission capabilities, deterministic autonomy, ground station capabilities, and scalable autonomy architectures with enterprise priorities, customer and program needs, transition opportunities, and open standards. It requires experience leading complex autonomy or mission systems efforts, technology roadmapping, capability maturation, budget and schedule management, executive briefings, and Top Secret clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $182,500 to $338,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
