Amazon's Retail Business Services team is hiring a Senior Program Manager to expand and own the Inventory Optimization Program across the worldwide fulfillment network. The role defines program strategy and goals, manages cross-functional teams, analyzes inventory-defect data, designs and scales technology and process solutions, and drives KPIs and improvements. It requires at least five years of cross-functional, program or project management, and cross-functional project delivery experience, plus experience using data and metrics to determine improvements; process-improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
