The role leads multidisciplinary metrology, quality, and operations teams; defines calibration strategy and roadmaps; ensures vendor compliance with aerospace and NASA requirements; and maintains calibration documentation and equipment tracking systems. Candidates need 3–5+ years of progressive metrology and calibration experience, including program or project management experience, along with strong knowledge of measurement standards, traceability, instrumentation, and analytical skills. The hiring range is $99,500–$149,000 USD.
