Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to lead a major airborne communications modernization program. The role directs program performance across cost, schedule, technical execution, risk, customer engagement, and delivery of aircraft modifications and mission-critical capabilities. Responsibilities include avionics and systems integration, systems engineering, certification, flight testing, cybersecurity compliance, Earned Value Management, and leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and operational teams. The position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, and 15+ years of aerospace or defense program experience, including 10+ years leading complex avionics, aircraft integration, or defense acquisition programs.
