Description
Socure is hiring a Sr. Program Manager, Performance to own the end-to-end performance operating system, including goal-setting, check-ins, continuous feedback, recognition, performance reviews, platform configuration, calibration, talent planning, people analytics, and stakeholder enablement. The role reports to the Head of Talent Development & OE and requires a bachelor’s degree, 6–8+ years of relevant experience, people analytics and data storytelling skills, and experience with performance or talent programs and people-analytics platforms.
