Description
Amazon is hiring a Returns Reduction Program Manager to identify and eliminate high-impact defects in customer returns across Retail and FBA channels. The role owns the end-to-end roadmap, conducts root-cause and advanced-analytics research, develops data-driven business cases, partners with technology, finance, operations, and supply-chain stakeholders, and presents recommendations to senior leaders. Candidates need at least five years of cross-functional, program or project management, and cross-functional project delivery experience, plus experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; process-improvement experience and a relevant master's degree or MBA are preferred.
