Amazon Recruiting Technology Integration is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to own and deliver product features and process improvements for Talent Acquisition. The role partners with business customers, product managers, UX designers, technical teams, compliance, legal, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into requirements, workflows, documentation, and measurable solutions. Responsibilities include program strategy, requirements and UX design, stakeholder alignment, analytics and KPI management, launch readiness, change management, post-launch support, and mentoring. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, cross-functional influence, data-driven decision-making, and knowledge of general AI tools.
