Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to lead Sub Same-Day network expansion and continuous improvement across fulfillment centers, supply chain, and last-mile delivery in Japan. The role owns network topology and process improvement strategies, analyzes network performance and market potential, partners with supply chain, real estate, technology, transportation, retail, and customer service teams, designs pilot projects, and establishes KPIs and performance metrics. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership, and experience implementing repeatable processes and automation or standardization.
