Description
The Senior Program Manager, Transportation Equity will advance transportation equity policy initiatives in California and nationally, focusing on racial and economic equity, transportation electrification, alternative mobility, charging infrastructure, and workforce development. The role conducts policy research and analysis, leads advocacy campaigns, tracks legislation and regulations, engages community and stakeholder coalitions, supports grant proposals, and supervises program staff, fellows, summer associates, and consultants. It requires a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of related policy, government, nonprofit advocacy, or law experience, and experience navigating legislative and regulatory processes. The position is union-exempt, 35 hours per week, and offers a base salary of $93,571 to $109,264.
