Amazon is hiring a Senior Vendor Performance Manager for its Surface Transportation Maintenance business to define the program vision and roadmap, manage vendor performance through KPIs and SLAs, negotiate with vendors and third-party logistics providers, lead supply-chain risk mitigation and cost-reduction initiatives, and present strategies to Operations and Finance leaders. The role requires at least five years of program or project management experience, one year of vendor management experience, data and Excel skills, and up to 25% travel. The position is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
