Description
The Supply Chain Launch Program Planner leads cross-functional new-program launches and material-handling optimization across Allison Transmission. The role designs facility layouts and custom equipment, develops Plan for Every Part and kitting workflows, analyzes launch costs, builds KPI dashboards, leads continuous-improvement and risk initiatives, and evaluates material-handling technologies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field, five years of relevant experience, and knowledge of lean, ERP, process-mapping, and warehouse-KPI tools; travel to facilities and suppliers may be required less than 10% of the time.
