Description
SMTC is hiring a Senior Program Planner to lead production planning for complex customer programs in its electronics manufacturing services business. The role develops executable manufacturing plans, analyzes MRP recommendations, capacity, inventory, work-in-process, demand, and material constraints, supports NPI and engineering changes, coordinates with cross-functional teams, leads schedule recovery and continuous improvement, and mentors Program Planners. The position requires at least five years of progressive production or supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing environment, advanced ERP/MRP and Microsoft Excel proficiency, and a combination of office, electronics manufacturing, remote, and travel-based work.
