Sierra Space is hiring a Senior Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to establish and maintain program Integrated Master Schedules, prepare contract schedules, perform critical-path and variance analysis, conduct rolling-wave planning and schedule risk assessments, incorporate contractual changes, and present schedule reports to stakeholders. The role requires recent team leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, scheduling and data-analysis proficiency, and familiarity with DCMA scheduling best practices. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, typically 8+ years of related experience, and current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility are required; the position pays $116,697.00 to $160,457.25 and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
