nLIGHT-DEFENSE Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Program Scheduler in Longmont, Colorado, to drive execution of complex defense programs. The role owns the Integrated Master Schedule, manages schedule risk and recovery planning, supports Earned Value Management, identifies schedule barriers, and partners with program leadership, finance, and controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of directly related program/project scheduling experience, defense development and manufacturing project experience, and a U.S. DoD Personnel Security Clearance. Compensation is $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience, with health, vision, dental, paid leave, retirement, and other benefits.
