Description
The Lead - Project Management Specialist SIOP is responsible for implementing and governing the HTCS Labor SIOP process, forecasting workforce demand and supply, developing staffing and supply plans, managing stakeholder governance, and aligning talent strategies with business and operational objectives. The role works with HR, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other business functions to optimize workforce planning, recruitment, backfill, and talent decisions, and requires at least six years of experience.
