Little is hiring a Senior Project Architect to work in its Community Studio in the Tysons Corner, Washington, D.C. office. The role leads complex community, K-12, higher education, and recreation/sports projects from concept through construction documentation, develops design concepts, mentors junior staff, builds client relationships, collaborates with consultants and stakeholders, and produces coordinated, code-compliant, sustainable documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related design field, at least 10 years of professional experience with demonstrated project leadership, a strong design portfolio, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
