Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to manage cost, change, schedule, contract, procurement, reporting, and closeout processes for large construction projects or programs. The role includes budget tracking, earned-value and progress reporting, change-order and contract administration, supplier and equipment delivery coordination, document control, risk monitoring, and reconciliation of actual costs against GMP and schedules of value. Candidates need a construction-related degree, 5–7 years of applicable experience, advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and strong communication and organizational abilities. The minimum salary is $155,000 annually, with a maximum of $175,000 annually.
