Geronimo Power is hiring a Senior Developer in Bloomington, Minnesota, to independently advance a portfolio of early- to mid-stage utility-scale energy and digital infrastructure projects while supporting select late-stage projects. The role manages budgets, schedules, risks, documentation, stage-gate requirements, and development milestones; evaluates market and site opportunities; leads greenfield development; coordinates cross-functional and external stakeholders; and negotiates real estate and development agreements. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of renewable energy project development or related experience, and approximately 40% travel. Compensation is $142,000–$178,000 plus a 15% target annual bonus, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, and other benefits.
