Description
Honeywell Building Solutions is hiring a Senior Project Developer to originate, qualify, structure, and advance distributed energy resource projects across the United States, including Solar PV, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, combined heat and power, and other DER opportunities. The role leads customers and partners from engagement through feasibility, investment approval, contracting, notice to proceed, and transition to execution, while coordinating technical, financial, regulatory, utility, proposal, risk, and cross-functional activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of renewable energy or project-development experience, and demonstrated U.S. Solar PV and BESS project experience. The position offers a $140,000–$160,000 salary range, is incentive-plan eligible, and requires travel of up to 50%.
