Description
The role leads technical and construction management activities for large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including infrastructure projects valued at over $100 million. Responsibilities include coordinating project information, reviewing specifications and technical data, managing RFIs and non-conformance reports, developing work plans, scheduling and monitoring construction, estimating quantities and costs, negotiating subcontractor contracts and change orders, conducting inspections, coordinating surveying, and implementing safety, health, and environmental programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, experience with Cast-In-Place concrete walls, FDOT standards, roadway or bridge projects, and at least three years of civil infrastructure project engineering or construction management experience.
